TRN offers customized services to solve the problems that clients face at different stages of waste treatment.
The three technical support steps are:
1) Pre-sale: Free sample test of waste water by resins adsorption technique. Then, suitable products are selected with appropriate solutions which are supposed to reduce the costs of waste water treatment. In order to to balance the benefits and costs during the application of  waste water treatments, Reuse of the reclaimed products will also be considered. Test reports are submitted in time with suggestions and solutions for the application.

2)During-sale: Experts for testing are sent to the site if required so that the clients can be involved in the test to examine our products. Feasibility is analyzed by the cooperation of The Resin Network LLC, partners, and clients.

3) After-sale: Design technique process of waste water treatment for our clients, including products test and adjustment at site and trainings for operators.
